About the Event

Learn to Resolve difficult emotions with Group Training

Join one of our group sessions to learn to permanently regulate your own emotional difficulties: such as anxiety, stress, phobias, depression, irritability, fears, etc. In this class, you will learn how to resolve emotional difficulties in the moment they are active in your body. 

These training consist of two parts.

      Part 1 will teach you how to resolve your difficult emotions and blockages.

      Part 2 is a follow-up. Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn to work

               through any difficult ones you had. 

It is important to attend both sessions.
