Tracy is a Physical Therapist based in New York City, with over 34 years of clinical experience across outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, private practice, nursing homes, home care, and a specialized school setting for children with neuro-developmental diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder. Having treated patients from infancy through the geriatric years, she brings deep assessment and treatment skills to every session, along with specialized training in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and other osteopathic manual techniques and mind/body practices.

Much of what Tracy brings to her work, she first learned in her own body. Early in her CranioSacral Therapy training, she discovered how pain that seemed purely physical could have roots elsewhere, and how much of what we carry emotionally can quietly hold the body in a state of tension and guardedness. That realization deepened her commitment to trauma-informed approaches like Somatoemotional Release (through the Upledger Institute).

When Tracy faced a deeply painful experience of her own, she found that even her extensive training in bodywork couldn't fully reach the emotional weight she was carrying. A single session of Emotional Resolution changed that - the shift was immediate and unmistakable. Since bringing EmRes into her practice, she has seen firsthand how minimizing stress and anxiety in her physical therapy patients often eases their physical symptoms as well, a connection she now considers essential to lasting healing.

Her training includes a certification in the McKenzie Method of Assessment and Treatment of spinal pain and dysfunction (1999), a 200-hour Wellness and Yoga Teacher Training through Breathe for Change (2018), HeartMath® Certification for Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Regulation (2021), and certification as a Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist (CPRCS) through Evergreen Certifications (2024).

Drawing on her years of clinical and personal knowledge, Tracy's passion is to help people build emotional awareness, balance their nervous systems, and find greater health and harmony in their hectic lives…. and she hopes, in time, to teach others what she's learned along the way.
