The EmRes® training provides the knowledge and experience required to guide clients through resolving disruptive emotional patterns using their interoception (physical sensations)...
You WILL be able to resolve: Anxiety, stress, anger, inhibitions, PTSD, irritability, depression, fears, phobias, and any other stressful emotional reaction.
The Emotional Health Institute (Provider #128410) is approved by the California association of marriage and family therapists to sponsor continuing education for lmft’s, lcsw’s, lpcc’s and lep’s.The Emotional Health Institute maintains responsibility for the program and all its content.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn how the brain constructs emotions.

Participants will be able to resolve disruptive emotional patterns such as anxiety, stress, anger, PTSD (...) using their clients’ interoception.
They will learn and master EmRes®. -
More than a technique or a method, participants will get a solid knowledge allowing them to adapt their understanding and skills to each client.

Participants will be able to efficiently calm a client in crisis gently, rapidly and respectfully.
This class is targeted primarily at healthcare and personal development professionals (such as MFT’s, lcsw’s, lpcc’s, lep’s coaches, nurses, doctors, HR professionals...), but also at people holding mentoring position in their community.
Refund/Cancelation Policy:
- Full refund if cancellation happens 1 month or longer prior to the training.
- 50% refund for cancellation between one month and two weeks from the training.
- No Refund if cancellation happens within two weeks of the training.

Module 1
Learn to do sessions with clients
$800.00
(includes the registration fee)
3 days (as a group).
9:30am to 6:00pm
10 sessions with clients to be done after this Module.
In this module we will lay some solid foundation for Emotional Resolution.
This module consists of some theory about emotional functioning based on the latest scientific understanding, followed by several exercises and actual sessions between participants.
You will be able to guide your first sessions after this module.
A part of this class is also dedicated to self-care.

Course meets the qualifications for 18 hours of continuing education credit for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks will not be counted toward CE time awarded.
Continuing education credit shall be awarded only for instructional time. Lunch and other breaks shall not be included in total time awarded for continuing education credit.
Module 2
Understanding the difficulties encountered by the practitioner and coaching.
$200.00
3 hours (as a group)
20 sessions with clients to be done after this Module.

Reviewing of challenging cases.
After your 10 first sessions, this module will give you the understanding and boost necessary to continue your practice with confidence until the next level!
At this point you are going to really integrate the Resolution in your life.
Emotional Resolution will become a way of Life.
Course meets the qualifications for 3 hours of continuing education credit for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Module 3
Understanding in depth and resolving any difficulties encountered.
Identifying and releasing hidden fears for you and others.
New Techniques.
Shifting our emotional paradigme.
$600.00
2 days in person (as a group)
9:30am to 6:00pm
20 sessions with clients to be done after this Module.
Develop and master the process of helping other people resolve their difficult emotional patterns. A pre-requisite to this module is completion of at least 30 emotional resolutions on other people (with client notes for each session).
This module will be packed with case studies, based on the participants concrete experiences.
We will earn how to identify hidden fears in ourselves and how to guide clients to approach these same fears in order to resolve them.
We will teach and practice new techniques in order to further support our clients.
Your understanding of Emotional Resolution® and emotional dynamics will highly improve after this module!
Course meets the qualifications for 12 hours of continuing education credit for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
1 hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks will not be counted toward CE time awarded.

Module 4
Certification
$400.00
Two hours on 1-on-1 with your trainer.
Record and re-transcribe one session with a client + your comments (self-critic).
A total of 50 sessions is needed before attending the Certification module.
Note: In order to be Certified, as a part of the learning process, you will need to do 3 Resolutions on yourself with Certified Practitioners, at the flat rate of $100.00 each.
Through this personalized coaching session, we will deepen the understanding of the Emotional Resolution (EmRes).
Answer any questions that the participant might have.
Explore and strengthen any weaker areas in the practice of Emotional Resolution.
Certificates
Course Completion certificates will be awarded at the end of the course in exchange for a completed evaluation form.
Course meets the qualifications for 2 hours of continuing education credit for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
If the Certification is not obtained at this point, your trainer will propose specific steps in order for you to be Certified.
